I am not really sure what it means by impact, teh lights are a tad underdone, but not taking much from the overall image. I do like the idea and origionality in it, and the colors matching well with the theme. I haz nothing else to say, so space filler time! DERP DERP DERP DERP DERP DERP DERP DERP DERPY DERP DEERP DERP DERP DERP!!!!!!!!! He he, keep up the amazing work Collin! We need to get dakota to draw more too, but that is as irrelevant as my DERP moment, Oh well. By the way, why is the feather pink? You hate pink.
